My fiancee and I got a couple's massage this weekend, utilizing their fall special, and we had a great experience. We're first timers to spas in general, but we were met with a kind staff who gave us good direction and communicated well. The massage itself was great. Head to toe and definitely worked out all the kinks I had in my body. Both of us felt so relaxed after the 90 minutes were up. And they give you an option of a hot tea or water after the massage is complete. Overall experience was amazing. Highly Recommend Nista! Hands down, BEST masseuse I have ever had. I've been around the world and it's just always a constant search for the perfect masseuse, and I have finally found her! Just the right pressure, professionalism, personality, and technique! I've been having the Swedish/Thai full body almost every week, after a weeks of work, heaven. lol and if your like the minority of people like me who doesn't enjoy the stretching, they can tailor towards you without it as long as you let them know :)
First time at this spa for me, after reading reviews I realized that language might be a problem. I went in to get a deep tissue massage and had problems with arthritis in my shoulder, summer worked extra on my shoulder and the massage was wonderful I read cupping was included in the massage and it was not , but that would have taken time from my massage so no problem.  Not what I consider a spa but a great massage, very authentic Chinese massage 

As a massage student interested in Thai Massage, I recently started reading about a half dozen different Thai Massage books. While I've found something of value in each, this one is by far the most comprehensive. For instance, one of my favorite parts of Thai Massage is the herbal compresses, and it looks like only one other book even mentions them at all. This book has a short chapter on them and mentions a few popular herb combinations. It also mentions that Thai Massage is (in Thailand) normally followed by an herbal sauna and mentions some of the methods used to provide that. The organization of the book is not encyclopedic but is the same general structure that the other books use (introduction, techniques, more discussion).

I made my appointment last minutes for my sister bday present, the owner was very helpful and happily squeezing us in their pack schedule. She was very considerate and went out of her way to make sure we got the right masseuse according on how we would like our massage. We felt welcomed from the beginning when we got there to the end of our visit. The room was very relaxing, clean, and orderly. Fresh robes were also provided while waiting. The masseuse was perfect, asked through out the whole process to make sure they were giving the right pressure. The owner even checked in on us to make sure we were well taken care of. Before we left we were offered tea and the ginger tea was decadent . Thanks to this great experience I had recommended them to my friend and myself to  visit them monthly.

They are so nice too. The girls really seem to care about your needs and wants for your back and/or muscle areas. Also, the strength of the massage you are looking for they stick to. I recommend the Swedish/deep muscle mix massage. It’s the perfect mix of stretching and deep muscle work (or as deep as you want it to be). I love it and always leave feeling relaxed and much more flexible/loose. I highly recommend this Spa.
