If you like hard pressure, you can't go wrong with this massage. My masseuse really used firm pressure to target the knots in my shoulders. After an hour of this, my whole body felt a lot better. I started with a 90 minute session every other week and quickly increased to a 90 minute session weekly. For every session but one, I have seen Yupa. She is incredible! Besides being a sweet, generous and giving human being, Yupa has excellent massage skills. She is very intuitive about what areas require attention but nevertheless always asks before starting whether there are any changes since our last session or areas I want more work. I have formal training as a massage therapist so I am quite particular about who I see. I highly recommend Yupa (just don't book my session times- LOL). I can also recommend Supinya who covered for one session when Yupa was out of town.

Went with my partner for couples massage who i could hear moaning and snoring on and off lmaoo. The massage started off rather mediocre, kind of like a first blind date where you don't expect much. We talked the whole time, and I was totally fine with that, and about 30 minutes in I thought - meh, nothing great. She started working towards my legs, but I had told her in the beginning that my shoulders were the culprit of my pain for over a month. Mid conversation I politely asked to refocus on my shoulders and THAT'S when the magic happened. She worked them bad boys like a scorned ex gf. I'm hurting today, but I feel so much better. Having been to Thailand and experiencing what a real deep tissue massage, this Thai spa is the closest you can get without actually going to Thailand. The wifey and I walked-in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and we were seen within 3 minutes. We both got the 60 minute deep tissue and they spent there time rubbing out all the knots. The masseuses spend a quite amount of time back walking utilizing Ashiatsu barefoot massage method. I was amazed that s he did get all the knots out in my calves that I never even knew were there. My legs felt like jelly after and noticeable wobbly the next day. When she did work on my upper back, she able to press out the knots above my shoulder blades, painful yet wonderful. The one thing my wife and I did not like was the bed did feel a bit damp and oily from past customers. Besides that fact, definitely worth the massage. You got spend a little more to get a real deep massage. Now I know the difference of going to those $20-30 massage spa's, you pay for what you get.

    So if you read my previous reviews, you will see that I use to only see Summer....she answers the phone so its easy to ask her direct for an appt with her.....A month ago, Summer was gone for 2 weeks for Chinese New Year. Lily was still there so I ended up seeing her twice...and enjoyed it. When Summer got back, and to this day, I have yet to see her again for an appt. It almost seems like shes avoiding me....which might be okay, except after I had what can only be described as the WORST appt I have had...by far....given by Lily.
