Excellent massage every time. Metta offers one of the best massage experiences I've had. Based on traditional Tai techniques therapists apply their body weight, on the pressure points, releasing the tension, opening up the muscles and reaching deeper tissues than in classical styles even with the stronger therapists. After the session you feel renovated for several days. Even my vision improves for an hour or so after the session.

Let's be clear, this is Thai style massage, not the usual Massage Envy or Canyon Gate true spa. There will be a lot of pressure, deep tissue work, as well as stretching like turning you into a human pretzel, but in a good way. Think of this like Asian vs Western style of parenting. You may be used to a lot of "Great job!" or "I'm proud of you" and even hugs, but this is more like Tiger Mom tough love. You get what you need, and sometimes what you need is a light ass kicking. You will walk out a better person, but the experience will not be 100% comfortable while in progress. However, one day, you may become a doctor, lawyer, or engineer because you've been tested by fire at the Thai Spa. They may go easy on you if you're good at tennis or piano. All in all, one of my preferred full body massage place after a snowboarding trip or if I have a lot of knots or tightness in my muscles.
I had heard so many positive things about this place from friends, but am not really into the walking on my back and popping my joints scene so I avoided it. Fast forward to today my lower back was in so much pain I could barely move. My normal massage guy was booked, so I relented. BEST DECISION!! Noy eased by back pain, and eliminated knots I didn't even know I had. I will be going back here soon. Noy was magic.

Medical Massage is a controversial term in the massage profession.[50] Many use it to describe a specific technique. Others use it to describe a general category of massage and many methods such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release and triggerpoint therapy as well as osteopathic techniques, cranial-sacral techniques and many more can be used to work with various medical conditions.[51]
On the last day of a birthday trip to Vegas I was feeling a little sore and strung out from all of the partying. I couldn't think of a better way to feel rejuvenated and relax before my evening flight. A friendly, professional, very thorough couples Thai massage for $140/hr The establishment was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Was worth every penny and I'll be back on the next Las Vegas getaway.
According to research done by the American Massage Therapy Association, as of 2012 in the United States there are between 280,000 and 320,000 massage therapists and massage school students.[114] As of 2011, there were more than 300 accredited massage schools and programs in the United States.[115] Most states have licensing requirements that must be met before a practitioner can use the title "massage therapist", and some states and municipalities require a license to practice any form of massage. If a state does not have any massage laws then a practitioner need not apply for a license with the state. However, the practitioner will need to check whether any local or county laws cover massage therapy. Training programs in the US are typically 500–1000 hours in length, and can award a certificate, diploma, or degree depending on the particular school.[116] There are around 1,300 programs training massage therapists in the country and study will often include anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, massage techniques, first aid and CPR, business, ethical and legal issues, and hands on practice along with continuing education requirements if regulated.[10] The Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA) is one of the organizations that works with massage schools in the U.S. and currently (Aug 2012) there are approximately 300 schools that are accredited through this agency.
I'm no newbie when it comes to receiving massage therapy. I periodically indulge myself to a 60-minute session when I travel for work (I'm way too busy at home to do this!) Having had scoliosis since a child and receiving chiropractic for almost 30 years, I find that a good massage therapist complements my chiropractic care. Of all the massage therapists I've seen for the past ten years, Thai Massage Therapy is head and shoulders above the rest! For the first time, I received help for my sciatic issues, as well as pressure point treatment, lymphatic massage, and helpful stretching. Quite painful at various points, my therapist nevertheless knew exactly how to focus on on the most problematic areas. It's the kind of discomfort I know is productive and healing - for greater flexibility, pressure point release, muscle relaxation, resulting in improved function of my joints and systems. Go see them! I can't highly recommend them enough!!!

Hours later I'm ready for my relaxing massage and a few minutes in I realize thai massages are NOT my usual relaxing massage. The masseuse is literally kneeling on my back getting every single knot (and I have a lot of them!) out while I say "ouch" about every 3 seconds. She continues to tell me "relax" throughout the massage and I continue to respond with "ouch."
I've been looking for a good traditional Thai massage place in Oakland and haven't found one yet. I was randomly in Albany getting car repair and was surprised first at the huge number of massage places in 3 blocks. I checked the reviews on Yelp and folks were right this place is 100% legit. I've had a good number of Thai massages and this place was great and reasonable price.

If you don't like intense pressure and pain therefrom, Marisa is better for you. One day I got a Groupon (15 min foot, 60 min thai body massage, and steam room access) and went to book with someone Yelp said did deep tissue well, rainy, because Anna wasn't available. I booked with rainy but was given Marisa, whose massage was nice but gentler and did not meet my expectations for extreme deep pressure and good therapeutic pain from tension dissolving in knots.

3. Pull as much as you push. North Americans are accustomed to massages that involve using pressure, but Vietnamese massage takes it one step further and also incorporates a lot of pulling. Tugging at the limbs is a different way of encouraging blood circulation and also helps to reset joints. Hold your partner’s limb at the wrist and elbow or ankle and knee, and pull toward you. Also try slightly twisting the limb and pulling in various directions.

After I told my 1sf therapist as a walk in that I had lots of lower back and hip pain she started treament by after 5 min she had a more important client walk in so I was pushed off to someone who never heard why I was there.  After 10-15 min of a kitty cat pawing treatment I was suppose to be happpy. I asked to pay more For  a deep  tissue treatment but she said she didn't understand the English I was speaking. Of chourse 2 min after that she knew "do u pay cash" and "how much tip" "how much tip?'
Massage has been shown to reduce neuromuscular excitability by measuring changes in the Hoffman's reflex (H-reflex) amplitude.[89] A decrease in peak-to-peak H-reflex amplitude suggests a decrease in motoneuron excitability.[90] Others explain, "H-reflex is considered to be the electrical analogue of the stretch reflex...and the reduction" is due to a decrease in spinal reflex excitability.[91] Field (2007) confirms that the inhibitory effects are due to deep tissue receptors and not superficial cutaneous receptors, as there was no decrease in H-reflex when looking at light fingertip pressure massage.[92] It has been noted that "the receptors activated during massage are specific to the muscle being massaged", as other muscles did not produce a decrease in H-reflex amplitude.[90]
Thai Massage is a popular massage therapy that is used for management of conditions such as musculoskeletal pain and fatigue. Thai Massage involves a number of stretching movements that improve body flexibility, joint movement and also improve blood circulation throughout the body. In one study scientists found that Thai Massage showed comparable efficacy as the painkiller ibuprofen in reduction of joint pain caused by osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee.[68]

The standard type of massage offered in most clinics, gyms, spas, and wellness centers, Swedish massage is virtually synonymous with massage therapy. Swedish massage is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology, compared to the energy-centric style more common in Asian forms of massage. Using lotion or oil, massage therapists typically begin with broad general strokes and then transition to specific strokes to address problem areas.

I absolutely love the massage at Balinese Traditional Massage. Berta is very intuitive and knows exa...ctly where the sore spots on my body are and loosens everything up. I thoroughly recommend Balinese Traditional Massage services to anyone wanting a pampering experience and remedial work on their body, thanks to Berta I'm a lot more agile and feel great. See More

The best massage place ever. The price is reasonable, the massage is good and for me the place is very convenient. I've been going here for almost 2 years after being convinced to get a massage by my wife. Almost every massage I've had has been great and some have been amazing. I prefer a deep massage with lots of stretching, but on the occasions where I want something less vigorous, they listen and back down. I highly recommend.
My boyfriend booked our first full body Thai couples massage (literally our FIRST massage experience) here at Siam Thai. We've heard about many massage places but decided to have it here due to the various options and two different atmospheres (modern and vintage) at the Century Center. There's a private lot to park at. The fee (no matter how long we park) is $2 flat! Just don't forget to get it validated prior to leaving. He made a night reservation at their "modern" location for my birthday. We walked into the room and was greeted with a lovely scent, great night view of Waikiki, and a beautiful heart design to take pictures of/with. After entering, don't forget to take your shoes off! We were greeted by the owner, Tanya, and offered water as soon as we entered and waited for our room. She kept us company and led us to our room with two massage beds and another grand view. We were instructed on how to prepare as we waited a little longer for our masseuses to arrive. Being the awkward first timers we were, we actually didn't know what to actually do and expect. But our masseuses, Mary and Claudia, were very patient with us! Mary, my masseuse, began on my upper back and worked her way down to my legs and then arms (my favorite part). And surprisingly, I had a lot of knots, especially on my upper back. There were these two knots that would not budge unless I got the really deeeeep massage (but my body's too weak). Mary tried her best to press out my knots without hurting me (thumbs up to her!). She put coconut oil over my body as she worked, making it easier for area transitions. The oil felt more like a lotion combination, smoothing and rejuvenating my skin. In the end, we were offered water or tea. Siam Thai definitely takes pride in caring for their customers! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time at Siam Thai and will definitely be back for more massages. Especially trying to press those knots out of my upper back! The interior was beautifully done, service was superb, and the massage was excellent. Next time, we'll try out their other services!

Tui na is a branch of Chinese medicine, which looks at the underlying causes of pain and illness as well as the symptoms. Because Tui na massage can be very relaxing, it is particularly useful to relieve anxiety and stress, promote relaxation and aid sleep. Like other forms of massage, it can be used preventatively, to encourage the movement of Qi (vital energy) and Blood. Tui na can be used in conjunction with the other branches of traditional Chinese medicine such as Acupuncture.
This was just so weird. I got there and they were able to see me immediately. I let them know I am 9 months pregnant and they said no problem, they do prenatal massage. I get in and the therapist was HORRIBLE! She spent 40+ minutes rubbing the middle of my back. That's it. I told her my neck and shoulders and especially my feet hurt and she wouldn't move from the same spot. She finally said we were done and I was shocked! She never rubbed my hands, lower back, neck, or my feet! I mean come on, who doesn't rub a pregnant persons feet? I even checked at the end to see if my feet were gross or something but no, took a shower right before I got there. It was just so strange, I ended up coming home in tears and rubbing myself which would have cost less than the $75 I paid them for absolutely nothing.

One of the reasons I like Siam and Judy in particular is she learns really well what works for your body.  She will find tension in my shoulder and work on it without my saying anything.  Also I found some Thai massages use significant pressure as a baseline and don't always deviate from it.  Here, you can get a strong or a gentle massage depending on your preference.

I picked this place to treat my best friend to a massage for both of us on her birthday due to the 5 stars review. The good news is that my friend had a blissful experience and really enjoyed her massage, which was the most important part of the experience, especially since this was for her birthday. However, since I am the one writing this review, I will write out my experience. I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. I really do. I came in with high expectations when I booked a reservation for both of us on a Monday after work. This is a beautiful space, and it feels like we've been transported to a calm, zen space that you would have never expected in the busy and dingy streets of the Civic Center area of San Francisco. We were taken to a room for our massage. We both had the same service, the Siam Orchid Retreat Massage. I consider myself able to withstand pretty hard massages, but I found my experience kind of painful. I hadn't expected my masseuse to use her whole weight on me, walk on me, etc. And when I made a pained noise, she kind of gave me an attitude saying, "Well, you said you wanted hard!" I'm sure it's probably a language barrier, and the masseuse who was working on my friend seemed a bit apologetic and tried to help her with the scenario, but it sure didn't make me feel any less crappy. In the end, I didn't feel any more relaxed than I did when I stepped in for our appointment. I seriously paid nearly $100 per person for this??? I've felt wayyy more blissed out after rigorous sessions of cardio and weight lifting and strength training at the gym than here. I don't think I'll be coming back, unfortunately. But I'm sure they don't need my business, they have plenty of other 5 star reviews from other reviewers here.

Being from LA, I was in Chicago for the first time and was exhausted exploring the city over the weekend for straight 3 days. Started looking for a authentic place for a massage and came across Chinese Traditional Massage on google/yelp and checked out the websote which was authentic and also read some great reviews on yelp. I prefer the chinese massage over traditional massages as its reaches your energy body and is intense not superficial. Read some great yelp reviews mentioning massage therapists name as Summer. I asked for a 1 hour Tui Na level2 massage from Summer. It was the best massage i have had in my life. I have had massages across LA for several years now. This was the most intense precise and detailed massage i have ever had. The energy in her hands is amazing. She has great knowledge of the body and how to relieve stress from each area of the body. I cannot describe it in words, you have to experience it for yourself. I would love to get a massage from Summer again. Its total value for the price. She gives more than 100% to ensure you have the best massage. Highly recommended!!

They are so nice too. The girls really seem to care about your needs and wants for your back and/or muscle areas. Also, the strength of the massage you are looking for they stick to. I recommend the Swedish/deep muscle mix massage. It’s the perfect mix of stretching and deep muscle work (or as deep as you want it to be). I love it and always leave feeling relaxed and much more flexible/loose. I highly recommend this Spa.
I would say it's a fair estimate that I have gotten 100 plus massages in my lifetime. I don't recall a time getting massage this amazing. Admittedly, this is my first Thai massage ever so I don't know if this is just how it is. However, I can say and that it was easily in my top 3 best massages ever. I'm already excited to book my next appointment for this place. The service was so amazing that I actually signed up for a Yelp account just so I could leave this feedback. If you are looking for the best professional massage that you've ever had, book an appointment here.
Mary was great. She gives awesome pressure and is very knowledgeable. I like a lot of pressure and she exceeded my expectations. Also had yunee(don't know the spelling but pronounced U-NEE).  She was also great, especially if you like a more soothing touch. Almost Swedish but with good pressure. My fiancé had katie and he loved his massage with her. He said she was able to pop almost every joint in his body and felt so much relief after. Highly recommend requesting any of these 3 ladies. Thanks for the amazing massages!!!
Proprioceptive studies are much more abundant than massage and proprioception combined, yet researchers are still trying to pinpoint the exact mechanisms and pathways involved to get a fuller understanding.[93] Proprioception may be very helpful in rehabilitation, though this is a fairly unknown characteristic of proprioception, and "current exercises aimed at 'improving proprioception' have not been demonstrated to achieve that goal".[94] Up until this point, very little has been studied looking into the effects of massage on proprioception. Some researchers believe "documenting what happens under the skin, bioelectrically and biochemically, will be enabled by newer, non-invasive technology such as functional magnetic resonance imaging and continuous plasma sampling".[92]

In the US, licensure is the highest level of regulation and this restricts anyone without a license from practicing massage therapy or by calling themselves that protected title. Certification allows only those who meet certain educational criteria to use the protected title and registration only requires a listing of therapists who apply and meet an educational requirement.[122] It is important to note that a massage therapist may be certified, but not licensed. Licensing requirements vary per state, and often require additional criteria be met in addition to attending an accredited massage therapy school and passing a required state specified exam (basically the certification requirements in many states). In the US, most certifications are locally based. However, as of March 2014, some states still do not require a license or a certification.[citation needed] However, this is thought to change eventually as more regulatory bodies governing the profession of massage are established in each state. Furthermore, some states allow license reciprocity where massage therapists who relocate can relatively easily obtain a license in their new state. Not all states provide this option.[123]
Massage developed alongside athletics in both Ancient China and Ancient Greece. Taoist priests developed massage in concert with their Kung Fu gymnastic movements, while Ancient Greek Olympians used a specific type of trainer ("aleiptes")[25] who would rub their muscles with oil. Pehr Ling's introduction to massage also came about directly as a result of his study of gymnastic movements.

I should have written a review sooner but I have to admit -- I would like to keep the place a secret for myself and the others who regularly go there. I started with a 90 minute session every other week and quickly increased to a 90 minute session weekly. For every session but one, I have seen Yupa. She is incredible! Besides being a sweet, generous and giving human being, Yupa has excellent massage skills. She is very intuitive about what areas require attention but nevertheless always asks before starting whether there are any changes since our last session or areas I want more work. I have formal training as a massage therapist so I am quite particular about who I see. I highly recommend Yupa (just don't book my session times- LOL). I can also recommend Supinya who covered for one session when Yupa was out of town.
I made my appointment last minutes for my sister bday present, the owner was very helpful and happily squeezing us in their pack schedule. She was very considerate and went out of her way to make sure we got the right masseuse according on how we would like our massage. We felt welcomed from the beginning when we got there to the end of our visit. The room was very relaxing, clean, and orderly. Fresh robes were also provided while waiting. The masseuse was perfect, asked through out the whole process to make sure they were giving the right pressure. The owner even checked in on us to make sure we were well taken care of. Before we left we were offered tea and the ginger tea was decadent . Thanks to this great experience I had recommended them to my friend and myself to  visit them monthly.
A licensed massage therapist should ask you about your health history before the massage. Thai massage may not be safe for someone with health conditions such as disk herniation, osteoporosis, recent surgery, or cardiovascular disease. If you're considering trying Thai massage, it's a good idea to check with your healthcare provider before getting treatment to discuss whether it's appropriate for you.

...It is very important to ALWAYS speak up and let your therapist know if you need the pressure to be corrected, (i.e. if you need them to lighten up because it is too deep, or to apply more because it is not deep enough). Most everyone needs more pressure in some areas and less in others. This occurs because muscle tissue that contains Trigger Points is more sensitive to pressure and can be tender to the touch.

This place can be heavenly with the right massage therapist!!! My body tends to be tight and I really need that  deep tissue, good pain that comes from very strong pressure, which is why I seek Thai body massage. Anna is absolutely amazing, excellent at deep tissue/ strong pressure massage--a true healer. Anna likes to help people feel better and her intuitive massage skills, vibe and words confirm this. Anna is very strong and called herself a "knot buster," which is wonderful and true! She found knots and sore spots and broke them. I feel so much better in my body. I've been to her a few times and left very happy and satisfied each time.
I went to on my business trip to Panama City and went for the traditional Thai massage, it was so amazing nice and relax Thai massage exactly like when I had in wat Pho Bangkok Thailand. My therapist was Serie she was wonderful and has a lot of knowledge about the massage therapy. I would recommend this place and believe me ask for Serie if you have a chance to stop by for nice relaxing Thai massage at this place.

Lomilomi is the traditional massage of Hawaii. As an indigenous practice, it varies by island and by family. The word lomilomi also is used for massage in Samoa and East Futuna. In Samoa, it is also known as lolomi and milimili. In East Futuna, it is also called milimili, fakasolosolo, amoamo, lusilusi, kinikini, fai’ua. The Māori call it romiromi and mirimiri. In Tonga massage is fotofota, tolotolo, and amoamo. In Tahiti it is rumirumi. On Nanumea in Tuvalu, massage is known as popo, pressure application is kukumi, and heat application is tutu. Massage has also been documented in Tikopia in the Solomon Islands, in Rarotonga and in Pukapuka in Western Samoa.[46]
In New Zealand, massage is unregulated. There are two levels of registration with Massage New Zealand, the professional body for massage therapists within New Zealand, although neither of these levels are government recognised. Registration at the Certified Massage Therapist level denotes competency in the practice of relaxation massage. Registration at the Remedial massage therapist denotes competency in the practice of remedial or orthopedic massage. Both levels of registration are defined by agreed minimum competencies and minimum hours.[104]
A good massage is truly a treat and offers many health benefits, but as you've noted, massage places tend to offer lots of options on their services menus. In fact, there are over 200 different massage techniques and types, all treating different needs and providing various benefits. Let's break it down. Here are nine of the most popular types of massages and when you might want to choose them.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I have gotten massages all over the place from Asha, Heavenly Massage, Massage a Envy, Ritz Carlton hotel, resorts in Mexico etc... although all of the mentioned places are awesome and have their own individual thing that makes them awesome however I think I have finally found the place and therapist that I will be seeing regularly. Summer, she is an amazing therapist who literally moved my body in ways that I didn't think we're possibly - cracking and stretching my back, deep and thorough massage of my head/scalp, neck, shoulders, back, legs and even a phenomenal massage of my feet! I am telling you, if you haven't been here, it's an absolute must that you go and see Summer. This massage is completely different from the tradition deep tissue massage that you will receive at other places, Summer literally even walked on my back and used her feet/knees to massage my muscles. I have extremely bad neck/shoulder back along with lower back pain related to pinched nerves but Summer was able to relieve this pain. Even it is temporarily (because I just got my massage a few hours before writing this) it was definitely worth it and I will absolutely be returning. $70 for an hour is reasonable but their massage is MUCH better than any other traditional place that you have visited. The only downfall is that this place isn't one of the posh, tranquility type places like Asha (get extra pampered, zero sound/noises in entire facility, heated beds etc) - unfortunately I could clearly hear through the walls of conversations taking place but they didn't last long so it didn't really bother me. All in all, $70, extremely unique and wonderful experience and massage! Go see Summer!!

Deep tissue massage is a focused, therapeutic massage that targets muscle knots (also known as "adhesions") and specific problem areas in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using deliberate, slow strokes or friction across the grain of the muscle, the therapist addresses chronic tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or injuries.

A deep tissue massage is intended to alleviate pain and tension hidden deep within the muscle tissues. You can expect an intense therapy session. Please note that deep tissue massages are not intended to be a gentle and soothing experience, although they are meant to reduce pain. If you’re looking for a lighter, more soothing massage, we recommend a traditional relaxation massage.

It's been about a week since I went. I was definitely pleased with my massage. I have gone to a place in mililani but My husbands client recommended I go here so I said "hey why not it's another massage therapist recommending me go there" so I did. It was the best he ever. I dozed off here and there. Wasn't to rough on me. I'm super sensitive to people rubbing my knots. They usually are painful but not here. I'll definitely be going back in a few weeks. The staff was super nice. I enjoyed my ginger honey tea after my massage as well. Much mahalos ladies.
While on vacation in Las Vegas, my upper back, shoulders, and neck were starting to get tired/tight from me lugging around my camera gear (DSLR camera, battery grip/pack, & speedlight flash) around my neck for 4 days at roughly 4 hours each day. My legs and feet were also tired from all the walking, standing, and running on the Strip. I was looking for a massage and the place that I was staying at offered massages but I found the prices to be too expensive.

You definitely need to make an appointment.  Thai massages are amazing, but if you've never had one be aware they put a lot of pressure on your back.  They step on it, use elbows, anything they can to get to the problem.  Yes, you will be sore the next day, and maybe the day after.  But I assure you I only need to do this once a month as a necessary "mom massage." Being of Thai descent I can tell you they do an amazing job and worth every penny.
Came here on a Sunday for my first Thai massage ever! My therapist was Eva–it was quite enjoyable, not sure if it was “amazing” since it was my first one. I had the Thai-Swedish combo and I felt like they could have worked on my back more though. The ladies were very nice, and the ambience pretty relaxing, I would definitely come back for the price and location, and happy hours are weekdays $45 before 2:00 pm. Free street parking on Sunday, otherwise they have a lot in the back, but limited parking spots. Overall did the job and got the relaxation I was overdue for!
After losing two days from airfare and layovers of 2 week vacation then exploring Tokyo for approx 72 hours non-stop, I felt exhausted and stressed all over the place and was in dire need of a thoroughly massage. The subway system in Tokyo is very convenient so distance was not too much of a factor. I found Erawan Thai massage on yelp then based my final decision to come here from everyone's reviews of a it being a quality place and offer deep / hard massages. I received a warm and friendly greeting at the entrance. The decor and smells was very relaxing and a sight to remind of a traditional Thai massage spot. I was lucky to get a same-day Thai massage because this place accepts appointments only. The place is moderately sized and I feel the clientele defaults to a 60 min which was what I took and was well worth it. I wish I took the 90 minute massage given the 60 alone took all the pain and stress away but I felt I haven't done enough damage vacationing all over Japan yet to warrant a 90. Per my appt request I requested a hard massage, this expectation was met plus she focused on my problem areas when she asked me before we started. I highly recommend especially if you're looking to get a quality massage to get the kinks away from a long flight, jet lag, or traveling. Please note it was somewhat difficult to find as it's entrance is tucked further into a building besides the video game store. When facing the video game store its to your right up the elevator to the 4th floor. It's helpful to look into their website because they offer various discounts!
In the recent report on Thai traditional massage, Yoopat et al. reported their observation on three varieties of Thai traditional massage and concluded that “some forearm fatigue was decreased significantly among the three massage techniques.”[1] In fact, Thai traditional massage is a widely used massage technique in Thailand and is presently accepted by the Thai Ministry of Public Health. The technique can be described to be a kind of acupressure massage. Kumnerddee noted that Thai traditional massage was effective in bringing about muscle relaxation but that the technique was inferior to the worldwide well-known Chinese acupuncture.[2]

The BEST Thai massage I've ever had. My bf said the same thing so I'm pretty sure no matter who you get they'll be amazing! We went for the traditional massage with no oil for 90 minutes and that felt like the perfect amount of time. We paid about 150 usd for the both of us before tip. Read the tips on how to find the place, I found that really helpful. And don't forget to tip! They speak enough English so you don't feel like communication is a problem. I'll for sure be back whenever I'm in Tokyo. Go here , you won't regret it!
