Excellent massage every time. Metta offers one of the best massage experiences I've had. Based on traditional Tai techniques therapists apply their body weight, on the pressure points, releasing the tension, opening up the muscles and reaching deeper tissues than in classical styles even with the stronger therapists. After the session you feel renovated for several days. Even my vision improves for an hour or so after the session.

The BEST Thai massage I've ever had. My bf said the same thing so I'm pretty sure no matter who you get they'll be amazing! We went for the traditional massage with no oil for 90 minutes and that felt like the perfect amount of time. We paid about 150 usd for the both of us before tip. Read the tips on how to find the place, I found that really helpful. And don't forget to tip! They speak enough English so you don't feel like communication is a problem. I'm not an expert in massages, but I can tell you the 60 minute deep tissue massage did wonders for my back and leg muscles and the whole experience was very relaxing.  A nice break from the stress of traveling.  Setting up the appointment through Yelp was very easy to do.  They will send you directions because it is not easy to find from street level (business is on the fourth floor).  The elevator on the left only goes up one floor.  If you take the Tokyo subway to Roppongi station as I did and go up any random exit, it may be hard to find.  Recommend following the directions they provide and exit the station using the closest exit.
They are so nice too. The girls really seem to care about your needs and wants for your back and/or muscle areas. Also, the strength of the massage you are looking for they stick to. I recommend the Swedish/deep muscle mix massage. It’s the perfect mix of stretching and deep muscle work (or as deep as you want it to be). I love it and always leave feeling relaxed and much more flexible/loose. I highly recommend this Spa.
