There was a customer that came in 10 minutes before me and was checking out when I came out of my service and she was allowed to monopolize the front desk for 10 more minutes. I realize that with multiple services that there will be multiple clients leaving at the same time. Get more help, more computers or come up with a different way to check out your clients. Your front desk girls are very courteous and my massage was very relaxing which was my goal. The customer was a buzz kill and I didn't like listening to her smack her gum and give the girls the run around with making a new appointment. I know you can't help how your customers behave, but the front desk girls may need some training on how to deal with difficult customers.

It's been about a week since I went. I was definitely pleased with my massage. I have gone to a place in mililani but My husbands client recommended I go here so I said "hey why not it's another massage therapist recommending me go there" so I did. It was the best he ever. I dozed off here and there. Wasn't to rough on me. I'm super sensitive to people rubbing my knots. They usually are painful but not here. I'll definitely be going back in a few weeks. The staff was super nice. I enjoyed my ginger honey tea after my massage as well. Much mahalos ladies. Recommendation for first timers- make sure after a massage you drink plenty of water. Massages are like work outs. Stay hydrated.
The first time I decided to try it, I called and made an appointment. The woman who answered the phone didn't really speak english, so when I told her that I wanted to make an appointment she kept saying "ok ok ok". I felt that she didn't understand. I showed up to the appointment the following day and the person at the front was so confused when I told her I had an appointment.
Our first Thai Massage and it was wonderful. I booked the 90 minute Royal Couples Massage package and thanks to some protest in the City, we were 5 minutes late. So because of that, we had to cut our massage time early but the lady in the front was nice enough to discount us for the inconvenience. We got to use the steam room afterwards too, which was very clean and spacious for showering/getting ready after. The masseuses were both ladies but we didn't catch their names. They were very professional and damn, do they know how to get those knots out! If I worked or lived out in SF, I'd be here more often, especially for that Office Syndrome Massage I saw listed.

I should have written a review sooner but I have to admit -- I would like to keep the place a secret for myself and the others who regularly go there. I started with a 90 minute session every other week and quickly increased to a 90 minute session weekly. For every session but one, I have seen Yupa. She is incredible! Besides being a sweet, generous and giving human being, Yupa has excellent massage skills. She is very intuitive about what areas require attention but nevertheless always asks before starting whether there are any changes since our last session or areas I want more work. I have formal training as a massage therapist so I am quite particular about who I see. I highly recommend Yupa (just don't book my session times- LOL). I can also recommend Supinya who covered for one session when Yupa was out of town.
