Without a doubt, it was one of the most professional, healing massages I have experienced. Serie is most gracious and knowledgeable and obviously loves her profession. She is very intuitive about what areas require attention but nevertheless always asks before starting whether there are any changes since our last session or areas I want more work. I have formal training as a massage therapist so I am quite particular about who I see. I highly recommend Yupa (just don't book my session times- LOL). I can also recommend Supinya who covered for one session when Yupa was out of town.

I went in for a 30 min massage before boarding my Vegas flight for vacation. Although 30 min is much too short, I still think it was the equivalent of an hour massage anywhere else. I spent my entire vacation pain free and when I asked my daughter to give me a neck massage a week later, she said she couldn't locate any superficial knots, which was a first! I highly recommend this place. I told Summer exactly where to put pressure and she obliged. She's very strong and talented. My back was a mess, and it hurt like hell, but the good kind of pain where I felt the knots melting away. Also I was sore for a few days, but honestly I would take soreness any day over a stiff and knotted back. Fyi-The spa certificates they sell at Costco are ineffective, you end up paying the same amount. All in all amazing experience, do the 1 hour massage minimum - you won't be sorry!

I'm not an expert in massages, but I can tell you the 60 minute deep tissue massage did wonders for my back and leg muscles and the whole experience was very relaxing. A nice break from the stress of traveling. Setting up the appointment through Yelp was very easy to do. They will send you directions because it is not easy to find from street level (business is on the fourth floor). The elevator on the left only goes up one floor. If you take the Tokyo subway to Roppongi station as I did and go up any random exit, it may be hard to find. Recommend following the directions they provide and exit the station using the closest exit.

My fiancee and I got a couple's massage this weekend, utilizing their fall special, and we had a great experience. We're first timers to spas in general, but we were met with a kind staff who gave us good direction and communicated well. The massage itself was great. Head to toe and definitely worked out all the kinks I had in my body. Both of us felt so relaxed after the 90 minutes were up. And they give you an option of a hot tea or water after the massage is complete. Overall experience was amazing. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them, and parking was simple ($2 for the duration of your appointment with Siam Thai Massage). We're going back at some point in the future for sure!
In response to the business owner, I mentioned this on my call to her but there was no other strenuous or unusual movement of my neck during this period. I've also had to visit a chiropractor three times since coming back to the US due to the extreme pain, and he also affirmed that bad technique during the massage must be the reason (based on my alignment). Very poor experience, and I really wish Erawan would rethink their refund policy for situations like these, as this has become a very expensive massage due to the additional chiropractor expenses accrued.

I made my appointment through Yelp. Make sure you give them the day, time, name and type of service on your first communication. It's helpful...I finally came here and felt so much more flexible and the pain on my hip is gone. My feet may require rest to not feel anything but certainly feel so much better. The staff is wonderful and are very careful with the stretches they do. I highly recommend to make the trip here. Is worth it!

I made my appointment last minutes for my sister bday present, the owner was very helpful and happily squeezing us in their pack schedule. She was very considerate and went out of her way to make sure we got the right masseuse according on how we would like our massage. We felt welcomed from the beginning when we got there to the end of our visit. The room was very relaxing, clean, and orderly. Fresh robes were also provided while waiting. The masseuse was perfect, asked through out the whole process to make sure they were giving the right pressure. The owner even checked in on us to make sure we were well taken care of. Before we left we were offered tea and the ginger tea was decadent . Thanks to this great experience I had recommended them to my friend and myself to visit them monthly. Ps: they give a lot of time for you to prepare urself, and since the decoration is so adorable we took some picture just for the fun of it
